The United States May Get 2 Colorados

County leaders in North Colorado are talking secession. Not from United States, but from Colorado itself. Officials are discussing a November ballot measure to form the 51st state, Northern Colorado. People in the northern rural counties feel their way of life is being ignored and destroyed by the rest of the more liberal state. The last state to do this was West Virginia in 1863. And if you take away health, education and overall well-being, they’re doing great.
