“The Tramp Stamp” is how everyone has referred to lower back tattoos for years. If a girl bent over and you saw one pop out in that little space between her shirt and jeans you knew the deal. Vince Vaughn said it best in Wedding Crashers and said it “may as well be a bullseye”.
You don’t see them as much anymore. Though it’s not because Tramp Stamps are gone – they’ve just changed positions.
Girls smartened up and realized that this was basically a label calling them a slut in almost plain sight. Enter the Rib Cage tattoo. This is the new tramp stamp for a new generation. Megan Fox really kickstarted the trend but women all over the country have decided to emulate it.
