Richard Ramirez is dead at the age of 53 due to liver failure. He was on death row at the time of his death, where he’d been for 24 years. He was convicted of murdering 13 people in 1989, along with sodomy and rape charges. Congratulations to Charles Manson for still being the most famous inmate in California.
