The Times is able to find the most annoying people in the world and bring it to our attention. For some reason they decided to profile 20-somethings living on the Upper East Side of Manhattan bitching that their friends won’t hang out with them up there. What’s truly shocking is the UES is cheaper to live in than downtown.
