The Internets Are Angry Someone Didn’t Vote LeBron
We all know by now LeBron James is your 2013 NBA MVP. But when it came out James was one vote short of being the first unanimous MVP in history, the internet lost it’s collective shit, and people demanded to know who ruined the moment. Last night, Deadspin incorrectly accused the Miami Herald’s Dan LeBatard, but only because he was retweeting hate-tweets from people who thought it was him. This morning, The Boston Globe’s Gary Washburn finally raised his hand and admitted it was him. His reasoning? ‘Melo meant more to the Knicks than LeBron to the Heat. Yeah, well you’re a jerk, Gary; you ruined it for everybody.
