The Cocaine Godmother is Dead

Long live the Cocaine Godmother. Who could possibly replace her in our hearts and nostrils? You may be familiar with her if you saw the documentary Cocaine Cowboys. Griselda Blanco, who named one of her sons Michael Corleone, was gunned down by a man on a motorcycle in Medellin, Colombia a day ago. She was linked to the 1979 mall shooting in Dade County, Florida and has been linked to at least 40 murders. She did about 20 years in prison before being deported back to Colombia in 2004. Oh, here’s another fun fact, she also is known to have ordered a hit which resulted in the death of a 2 year old child. What will the world do without this modern day Mother Teresa?
