Listen to the world premiere broadcast of the Bennington Family Thanksgiving Show today on SiriusXM Faction Talk 103 from 2pm until 5pm, and then again on Friday, same time, same place! You can also listen on Friday September 23rd at 7am on Raw Dog 99 and throughout the weekend.

Our buddies at SiriusXM’s Bennington show threw a huge comedy party in Times Square last week. Their annual Thanksgiving Show at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square is always a huge hit, and last year’s show was a smash that everyone agreed would be tough to beat. This year’s show was one for the ages full of surprise comedy and musical performances, and giant moments for long time fans of their show. Family is always a theme for the Benningtons- after all they’re the only father daughter team in the history of radio- but this year, the family element was on overdrive with surprise appearances.

Fans, who are all part of the show’s extended radio family, flew from all over the country, representing at least 26 states and a few countries.  The line stretched all the way down 43rd street from Broadway, to Eighth Avenue, with fans showing up as early as 4pm for the 8pm show.

Inside the Hard Rock, fans waited for the show to start, with no idea what would take place on stage this year.

The show opened with show producer and announcer Vito Calise, performing his show opener in front of a live audience for the first time ever. #themchanges
