Teen Hit Man Sent Back To U.S.

Edgar Jimenez Lugo, 14, has been sent back to the United States to live with his Aunt after serving a three year sentence in Mexico for torturing and beheading four people for a drug cartel. Lugo claims that he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the killings. Just don’t smoke pot now that you’re in the U.S. or you’ll REALLY be looking at some jail time.
