A 9-year-old boy in Tampa Bay wrote a touching love note to his crush. It was a very sweet gesture as he complimented her uniform and eyes, but after the principal found out, he said the note wasn’t appropriate and threatened to charge the boy with sexual harassment. Parents are finding it ridiculous that a small child could be charged with something typically saved for principals.
