T.J. Miller’s Gorburger Show Cancelled by Comedy Central

Comedy Central has canceled T.J. Miller’s alien-hosted talk series, Gorburger Show.

The news came down on the same day that Miller was publically accused of sexual assault, but a representative for Comedy Central told The Hollywood Reporter that the decision not to renew the series was unrelated to the allegations leveled against Miller in The Daily Beast earlier today.

Gorburger initially aired on Funny or Die for two seasons, and later it was reported that HBO would be picking up the series, but it ultimately landed on Comedy Central and aired for 8 episodes last spring. The series was executive produced by Miller. He also starred as the voice of the show’s title character.
