Surveillance Video of 14 Year Old Girl Being Tasered Released

In September of 2011 a surveillance camera captured a police officer shoving 14 year old Keshana Wilson against a car, and then tasering her after she raised her hand in surrender. She had to be hospitalized so the barbs could be removed from her. The video was recently released as part of a lawsuit Keshana and her family is bringing against the officer and the city.
