Suicide Girls Are Starting Younger and Younger There Days

A North Carolina mom got busted for tatting up her 11 year old daughter with a small heart near the girls right shoulder. The 30 year old mom claimed ignorance, she thought since she gave her daughter permission everything would be cool. She’s been charged with tattooing a person under the age of 18. On the bright side, this 11 year old has the beginnings of a really cool sleeve she’ll be able to fill in as she gets older. Throw in a few piercings and she’ll have a lucrative career as an internet model.
