Misery Index, a new unscripted comedy game show is coming to TBS and will star the guys you know and love from truTV’s Impractical Jokers. Sal Vulcano, James “Murr” Murray, Brian “Q” Quinn, and Joe Gatto will star in the new game show series based on the popular card game Shit Happens.

Here’s how it works. Two contestants will compete to rank real life shit that happens- from getting fired to accidentally sexting your grandfather- on a scale of 1 to 100. Each contestant gets two members of the Tenderloins (that’s the Impractical Jokers for those who don’t know their comedy history) on their side to form a team.

“Andy Breckman and the Newmarks have hilariously gamified embarrassment, humiliation and total misery” said Michael Bloom, senior vice president of unscripted and specials for Turner-owned TBS and TNT.

Misery Index will be the third comedy themed game show on the network. TBS also is home for Jokers Wild and Drop the Mic.
