St. Louis To Treat Small Pot Possessions Like Traffic Tickets

The city of St. Louis is reducing it’s penalties for possession of 35 grams of weed or less. The new lower fines would amount to the same as getting a traffic ticket. Of course, it wouldn’t be for speeding.
