Awkward Moments During Celtics Game: Was it a Meltdown or Just Banter?

Watch this awkward audio/video  from last night’s YES broadcast of the Celtics-Nets game.  You can hear Ian Eagle complaining about something his play-by-play partner, Mike Fratello said earlier.  Is it a meltdown?  Is it just whining?  It’s at least unprofessional, and really weird.
