Forget the NFL rules changes this year. New rules are coming to the Scripps National Spelling Bee that will turn the competition around. It’s time to separate the geniuses from the super geniuses. This year in addition to having to spell a word, the contestants will be tested on the definitions as well. And hopefully they’ll also do away with the “Could you use it in a sentence?” rule.
