SpaceX’s Reuseable Rocket

Check out this video of the Grasshopper, a rocket developed by SpaceX (one of Elon Musk’s brainchildren), as it soars 1,066 feet in the air and lands successfully back on its launch pad. According to SpaceX, most rockets are designed to disintigrate upon atmosphere re-entry, but this one will withstand re-entry after further development. Shrinking our carbon footprint one spaceship at a time.
