A South Korean developer says he’s not changing the plans for new buildings going up that some say resemble the Twin Towers following the 9-11 explosions. “The Cloud” as it’s called was designed by Dutch architects who apologized but said there’s no truth that the plan was based on the 9-11 attacks. There next project is a housing development of flatten homes that looks oddly like Hiroshima.
