SNL’s Leslie Jones Writes You a Valentine’s Day Card
Many of you have trouble figuring out what to write in your Valentine’s Day Cards. This may help. Leslie Jones from Saturday Night Live shared this video short of her writing out some Valentine’s Day Cards to Colin Jost, Jay Pharoah, Pete Davidson, SNL host and Ghostbusters Co-Star Melissa McCarthy, herself (always send yourself a Valentine), and to all the fans. She makes it look so easy! Hope this helps you with your own Valentines, and Happy VD.
To Colin Jost, she asks, “Did you get those nude valentines pics I sent you last night? Happy Valentines Day boo.” Jay Pharoah gets a lovely compliment, as Leslie writes “Dear Jay, you are in such great shape this year and I’ve noticed, Happy Valentine’s Day.” Sometimes a Valentine can offer suggestions, like her card to SNL’s youngest castmemeber Pete Davidson who she calls her babycake and her bitch. She asks, “please stop putting your stinky food in my refrigerator, Happy Valentine’s Day.” Melissa McCarthy gets a helpful reminder from Leslie, “Would appreciate if you would pay back that 50 dollars you owe me. Thanks.” Another reminder goes out to herself, because when you’re single it’s important to remember to love yourself. “Dear Leslie” she wrote, “you really need to get a man.”‘
And finally, To the Fans of SNL Leslie wanted to say “Thank you for this wonderful season. Keep tuning in, and please stop asking me for tickets.”
