Looks like somebody is cleaning house. One day after Brooks Wheelan was let go, Saturday Night Live has decided to let go three more cast members.
Variety confirmed that NBC decided not to renew the contracts of newcomers Noël Wells and John Milhiser and 5 year veteran Nasim Pedrad. The decision not to renew Pedrad was a formality: She’s leaving to co-star in the new Lorne Michaels-Produced Fox comedy Mulaney.
Wells and Milhiser are both veterans of the Upright Citizens Brigade comedy troupe and along with Wheelan, were part of six new featured players that joined SNL this past season.
No word yet on any new additions for the upcoming season.
