Despite being mocked out by Tina Fey’s impression of her all through the 2008 Presidential election, Sarah Palin doesn’t hold a grudge against Saturday Night Live. The former Alaska governor and VP candidate is going to be a part of SNL’s 40th anniversary special.

The anniversary special airs Sunday, February 15th on NBC and according to People.com, Palin was invited personally to be there for the celebration by SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels. Palin appeared on the show in October, 2008, just a couple of weeks before the election.

Tina Fey’s impression of Sarah Palin was so popular that Fey would come back to the show to do it even after she had left the cast.

Saturday Night Live 40 happens Sunday, February 15th at 8pm et on NBC.
