A Florida skydiver was able to take out a small plane as the two collided at an airport. The parachutist was landing at the exact time as a pilot was landing his Cessna. The collision was captured in a photo. Neither one was hurt, but it does raise the question of who has the right of way on an airport runway? The plane that’s landing or the man falling from the sky?
