A South African man was mauled to death by his pet hippo, Humphrey. Marius Els had been warned that the hippo he raised from a baby was dangerous, but he didn’t care. He said “there’s a relationship between me and Humphrey and that’s what some people don’t understand”. Yeah. A lot people really don’t get the relationship between a guy and the thing that’s going to eat that guy.
