There’s got to be an easier way to sneak pot into the U.S. A Canadian man was arrested after attempting to scuba dive across a river into Michigan while towing an 8 lb. bag pot behind him. The bad news for him: He’s going to do some hard time. The good news? The pot stayed dry.
