Sarah Palin Sued Over Use Of 9/11 Photo

A New Jersey media company filed suit against Sarah Palin and her PAC for its use of a photo depicting three firefighters raising an American flag that featured a ‘SarahPAC’ watermark. The newspaper company is claiming that the use of the photo has irreparably damaged their brand. Which is worse? Using 9/11 for profit or claiming you own 9/11? I’ll take my answer off air.
