All you’ll need to purchase some bud is your marijuana card and a finger print. The weed will be distributed through Medbox at 30 locations in San Diego. In a few weeks the city will vote on issuing permits to dispensaries. It’s just going to be awkward when the DEA shows up to arrest a vending machine.
