Roy Wood Jr. Performs Stand Up on the Tonight Show

Roy Wood Jr. performed a stand up set on the Tonight Show this week taking on all kinds of topics, like being a dad, off duty cops and he may be the first stand up to talk about the hierarchy of firefighters in the world.

Daily Show regular and major headliner, Roy Wood Jr. is one of the fastest breaking comics in the country. Not only did he make our list of comedians who will break out in 2019 (picked by Chris Gethard), but he’s just beloved everywhere. Roy’s a headlining comedian playing the best clubs in the country and was recently named one of the Top 10 Comics to Watch by Variety magazine and appeared on SiriusXM’s series spotlighting only the best comics in the country- Unmasked. His debut hour special, Father Figure premiered in 2017 and received rave reviews from critics. His new special “No One Loves You” is out this month– January 25th on Comedy Central recorded at Chicago’s famed Vic Theater.
