Ron Bennington to Tape Unmasked Episode with Tom Rhodes
Tom Rhodes will be joining Ron Bennington to tape an episode of Unmasked at SiriusXM this month. Rhodes will sit down with Bennington in SiriusXM’s famed ‘Fishbowl’ studio to talk about his career, and comedy for an hour in front of a live studio audience. Unmasked is a series of uncensored conversations with the world’s greatest comedic voices.
The world’s most traveled stand up comedian and infamous for going decades without having a real home base, Rhodes is an accomplished story teller who is beloved and respected by some of the best comedians in the world. He’s lived and performed all over the world in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Jakarta, Bali, London, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Lausanne, Vancouver, Stockholm, Sydney, Melbourne, Basel, Geneva, Copenhagen, Toronto, and Honolulu, and he’s talked about his travels with fans through social media, YouTube, a column in the Huffington Post and his popular podcast, Tom Rhodes Radio. Rhodes was the very first comedian to sign a development deal with Comedy Central, he’s had his own network TV show, Mr. Rhodes, and hosted a late night show in Amsterdam Kevin Masters starring Tom Rhodes. After releasing three albums, he released an hour special, Light Sweet Crude, which is available on Netflix.
Bennington and Rhodes are old friends who go way back, to both their early Florida days, so it should be an especially interesting hour. They will tape the interview in front of a live studio audience on Wednesday, October 19th at 6:30pm and you can request free tickets to attend. There are a very limited number of tickets available.
