Rodney King (1965 – 2012)

TMZ is reporting that Rodney King is dead at the age of 47. His fiance reportedly found him dead at the bottom of a pool early this morning. No foul play is being suspected. Of course Rodney King became famous after a videotape showing him as the victim of police brutality by seven LAPD officers became public in 1991 causing public outrage. When the officers were acquitted of the charges, the LA riots resulted.
