SiriusXM has planned to honor legendary comedian Robin Williams with a special week of programming. The week will kick off with “Robin Williams: A Life in Comedy” hosted by Ron Bennington on Monday at 10am. The audio documentary features commentary from Bobcat Goldthwait, Louie Anderson, Kevin Pollak, Jay Mohr, Gilbert Gottfried, Andrew Dice Clay, Tom Papa, Chris Gethard, Big Jay Oakerson, Ron White, Reggie Watts, Barry Crimmins, Rick Overton, David Steinberg, Paul Provenza, and Bobby Slayton.
The week is being titled “The Genius of Robin Williams” and will premiere October 15 on SiriusXM Comedy Greats channel. Featured throughout the week will be some of Williams’ funniest greatest performances including tv specials, albums, and rare interviews. Among the shows being broadcast are two rarely heard specials, including MGM Grand, a 2007 live performance from Las Vegas, and “An Evening of Sit Down with Robin Williams and David Steinberg,” a 2012 interview from the Durham Performance Arts Center in North Carolina.

“The Genius of Robin Williams” week will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET on Comedy Greats channel 94 and continue for seven days. The specials will re-air on Comedy Greats each night at 6:00 p.m. ET.
