The people of San Francisco are being priced out of their neighborhoods due to tech company employees moving in in droves. Google, Facebook and Yahoo people are now gentrifying the gentrified hood which will create some sort of super rich Dubai West in the coming future. The Mission especially is having a lot of the young upper crust move in, with rents being at average around $2,900. Looks like the economy is right where it should be.
