Random Clown Terrorizing Town

A man in a terrifying Clown costume  that resembles the clown from Stephen Kings “It” has been popping up in Northampton, UK. The Clown even has a Facebook page and says he “can’t figure out twitter”. Englishmen with clown phobias are emigrating to the states.
