A humane officer ended up shooting and killing 5 kittens found on a civilian’s property. The retired police officer showed up to the residence and shot all five kittens, saying it was justifiable since all the shelters were full. He then made a few bad bets on Mets games and ended up doing a bunch of heroin and coke.
