Police Say Canadian Train Was Tampered With

Canadian authorities have found evidence that the brakes on the train that crashed and exploded in Lac-Megantic, Quebec, were tampered with before the accident. The explosion wiped out Lac-Megantic’s downtown, killing at least 15 people and 35 people are still missing.
