Police Charge Man With Shooting Bystanders Who Were Shot By The Police
Last September, NYPD officers shot two bystanders while trying to take down an emotionally disturbed man in Times Square who was threatening people. And even though, the man didn’t fire a shot or even have a gun, he is being charged with wounding the two women who were shot by police. He may also be charged with fixing parking tickets and taking bribes to look the other way.
