Philly Reporter Who Lost Her Shit Outside Helium Comedy Club Apologizes (NSFW)

New York comedian Wil Sylvince posted a video on Sunday night showing a woman losing her shit outside Helium nightclub. Sylvince said the woman who didn’t seem to be drunk or high was asked to leave the club for talking during the show despite being asked to be quiet. Outside the showroom, she began physically assaulting employees and then out on the sidewalk she began screaming at a cop.

It turns out that woman was PHL 17 reporter Colleen Campbell, a Temple graduate who had gone to the club to see Craig Robinson. You can watch the video and hear her call the police officer and club security “cocksuckers” and assert that she didn’t do anything wrong.

Campbell was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief, according to Philly.com. She was released on Monday afternoon on her own recognizance. She’s due back in court on June 13th.

Campbell’s bio page disappeared from PHL 17’s website and it has since been revealed that she has been fired from her job. In a Facebook post after the incident, she speculated that she might have been drugged. After her video went viral, she told Philly.com that she feels ruined and embarrassed by the incident. “Everything was foggy,” she told a reporter, despite that she said she only had two drinks at the club. “I do remember coming in to Helium. I do remember getting into an altercation there, but I don’t remember what it was about. I only had two drinks at Helium.” Campbell who is a bartender at another Philly club said she knows her limits and did not think she had too much to drink. Now she’s just apologetic and embarrassed. “I wanna apologize to the officer. I don’t remember the whole altercation at all. I remember feeling attacked. I would never talk like that. It was like watching a whole different me.”
