Philly Demolition Worker Turns Self In

Sean Benschop, a 42 year-old heavy equipment manager, has turned himself in to police following the collapse of a four-story building on Wednesday in Philadelphia. Authorities say that a toxicology report revealed that Benschop was high on marijuana during the accident that killed six and injured 13 others.
