A Philadelphia cop who was video taped punching a woman after the Puerto Rican day parade was found not guilty of assault today. The judge said, there is more to the story than just what was on the tape. The cop had argued that he was only trying to knock a beer out of her hand, when his fist accidentally connected with her jaw, bloodied her face and knocked her flat on her ass. Got it.
