Ohio Trooper Slams Into Couple On a Motorcycle

An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper rear-ended a couple on a motorcycle and it was all caught on his own dash cam. The bike flipped several times injuring the couple. The trooper was advised not discuss how this happened, but one theory is that the motorcycle had Michigan plates.
