Hear that California, Colorado and Washington? The Obama administration said they’re not going to focus on marijuana sales where it is legal, but instead focus on distribution of the drug to other states. They’re going to keep an eye on “preventing distribution of marijuana to minors, preventing the sale of pot to cartels and gangs, preventing sales to other states where the drug remains illegal under state law, and stopping the growing of marijuana on public lands.” So the good news is if you’re in a legal weed state you’re ok, the bad news is if you’re in a legal weed state you can’t bring your bud anywhere near a border.
