In an interview with Playboy magazine, NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly basted NYC’s mayoral candidates for attacking his stop-and-frisk policy only because they wanted to secure votes. Kelly asserted that the candidates all claimed to be friends of his until they started their campaigns before expounding on how boobs were different in the 70’s.
