The recent Norman Rockwell biography by art critic Deborah Solomon has spurred criticism from Rockwell’s close friends and neighbors in West Arlington, Vt., who say Solomon’s claims of homosexual behavior were ludicrous.
The book claims Rockwell had homosexual tendencies, and that certain paintings of his exuded sexual innuendo.
