New York Comedy Festival Presents “That’s Offensive” A Panel Hosted by Ron Bennington About Comedy and Sensitivity

This Saturday as part of the New York Comedy Festival, SiriusXM’s has gathered some of comedy’s strongest voices to talk about the issue on everyone’s mind in comedy.  Can comedy survive the new sensitivity? What’s too offensive?  And is it okay to offend? Panelists announced so far include Big , Ari Shaffir, Liza Treyger, and Yamaneika Saunders, and will take place at SiriusXM headquarters,  Oakerson, Treyger and Saunders just released their first Netflix half hour specials as part of the Degenerates series, so they’re no strangers to the topic, and Shaffir, Oakerson and Saunders have been part of the infamous Nasty Show at Just for Laughs in Montreal. So its a perfect panel to get into the conversation.

The hour will air on SiriusXM radio after the festival, but you can hear it live by being in the studio audience. That’s Offensive! Can Comedy Survive The New Sensitivity: Don’t miss out on this one, it’s going to be a great one!
