New World Trade Center Building’s Height Being Disputed

When the new One World Trade Center building in New York opens, it was supposed to be the tallest building in America. However, a change in its needle’s design may disqualify it from the title. A decision to count the needle’s height as part of the building’s is coming from an organization in Chicago where the Willis (formerly Sears) Tower was set to become the number 2 tallest building in the U.S. So, maybe the terrorists don’t win, but the Chicagoans just might.
