With Los Angeles County’s new “condom” law for porn films in place, producers are looking for other places to shoot (literally). They thought they found a safe haven in Camarillo, CA in Ventura County. However, the Camarillo City Council put a 45 day moratorium on all porn filming after they were flooded with permit requests, while they consider their own condom law. This is spreading like an STD in reverse.
