Naked Alleged Carjacker Runs From Cops

According to a witness, “As I was walking to work this AM, I noticed a naked man attempting to car jack an individual in a white pick-up truck and flee police outside an Indianapolis hotel. He injured the driver and then fled to the delivery truck in attempt to steal it but couldn’t locate the keys. The three officers had him cornered in the truck but didn’t want to touch the sweaty naked man and let him escape arrest and the truck. This is where the video begins. He runs out into the street yelling for help to motorists. If you look closely, you will see a woman take off running in fear. At this point, the cops were too tired to chase him any further and let him get away into Indiana Convention Center.”
