With Mr. Skin releasing their list of the top nude scenes of all time, it brought into question some of their selections that were included in their top 15, and left some glaring indications of some serious snubs. In an attempt to repair those questionable choices and glaring omissions, we bring you our 15 most overlooked nude scenes in movie history.
1. Heather Graham (Boogie Nights)
Heather Graham first came to prominence in Paul Thomas Anderson’s ‘Boogie Nights’ for her performance as porn star/rollergirl Brandi. Having that type of profession would probably entail Graham getting naked, which she managed to do while rollerskating around the living room. That has to be worth some bonus points.

2. Charlize Theron (2 Days In The Valley)
If you want to ugly yourself up to play Aileen Wuornos so you can win an Oscar, you have to take some licks on the movie version of the practice squad first which is exactly what Charlize Theron did in ‘2 Days In The Valley’, her first film role. James Spader rubbing an ice cube on Charlize Theron’s nipple is exactly why the terrorists hate us.

3. Halle Berry (Swordfish)
Halle Barry going topless in ‘Swordfish’ started the trend of seeing highly respected actresses doing nude scenes in movies, but on their terms. In fact Barry was paid an additional $500,000 for appearing sans top, which evens out to about $250,000 per breast. Plus, you know it’s a good nude scene if it’s the only discernible thing you can remember about the movie.

4. Betsey Russell (Private School)
Betsey Russell would be in the pantheon of 1980’s movie girls if it wasn’t for the fact that she appeared topless in the film ‘Private School’, which treats the act of sexual assault as three guys just goofing around. How Russell didn’t receive a three-picture deal for riding a horse around a stable without her riding top is one of histories biggest mistakes.

5. Jennifer Connelly (The Hot Spot)
Jennifer Connelly may have gone ass-to-ass with a female counterpart in the film ‘Requiem For A Dream’, but that’s beside the point. Connelly’s first time appearing nude onscreen was in the 1990 film ‘The Hot Spot’ and it’s not brought up nearly enough. Same goes for her appearance in ‘Requiem For A Dream’, which is really worth checking out.

6. Eva Green (The Dreamers)
Eva Green gets naked in a lot of films, but none more than her film debut in 2003’s controversial ‘The Dreamers’, in which she spends a majority of the film naked. Be forewarned that there is a fair amount of male nudity in the film, so you’ll have to try and look around some guys big, juicy cock while trying to see Eva Green naked. This wasn’t part of the deal Bertolucci!

7. Denise Richards (Wild Things)
Denise Richards really went all in for her role in ‘Wild Things’ by simulating sex acts with both a man and a woman in an array of settings, including one with Neve Campbell and Matt Dillion at the same time. 9. Demi Moore (Striptease)
Demi Moore literally spared no expense in preparing for her role in Striptease after she elected to undergo breast augmentation for the film in which she played a single mom/stripper. Who cares if they aren’t real? They were enough to make Burt Reynolds give one of his worst acting performances as she stripped in front of him on a tabletop. You’v got to hand it to Ashton Kutcher’s mom, she’ll really commit to a nude scene.

10. Phoebe Cates (Paradise)
Phoebe Cates undressing for a perplexed Judge Reinhold is the best nude scene in film history. But Cates also undressed for the 1982 ‘Blue Lagoon’ rip-off ‘Paradise’ where she showered underneath a waterfall for the audiences viewing pleasure. Too bad Cates retired from acting in 1994, leaving us all to wonder what could have been. Damn you Kevin Kline, you lucky son-of-a bitch.

11. Basically Everyone (H.O.T.S.)
The 1979 sex comedy ‘H.O.T.S.’ is basically a porn film with all of the sex scenes removed. It follows a group of Playboy Playmates who attempt to start their own sorority by stealing the rival sororities boyfriends, culminating in a topless football game featuring a seal and a bear that was somehow not shut down by the authorities. Whatever happened to a simple car wash?

12. Julianne Moore (Short Cuts)
Julianne Moore went the opposite route when it came to nudity in the 1993 film ‘Short Cuts’ by appearing bottomless for what seems like 45 minutes as she argues with her boyfriend. Nobody was doing bottomless scenes in 1993, at least ones where you’re pacing back and forth getting into a shouting match with Matthew Modine.

‘Take This Waltz’ is probably a decent movie, but who would really know?
