Most Obnoxious “Improv” Ever

So Improv Everywhere decided their next big improv would be to set off dozens of car alarms in a Staten Island parking lot. We’re not sure how they found dozens of people who still have car alarms, but it’s a small miracle these people weren’t murdered.
