More MLS in NYC

MLS announced today that the league will add a second NYC-area team, The New York City Football Club and they will begin playing in 2015. Manchester City FC will be the majority owner and the New York Yankees – not the Mets, as heavily rumored – will be the ownership team.
Where the team will actually play is yet to be determined, but the league said the team will have an ‘interim location’ for 2015 and talks are ongoing for a permanent site.
