A monkey in a coat and a diaper escaped from its owners car and started running around an Ikea in Toronto. The owner’s getting hit with a $240 Canadian dollar fine for keeping an illegal animal. The dapper primate is now in animal services, which is doing its owner a favor since it will probably rip their eyes out the moment they’re not looking.
